1. Preservation of property and compliance with safety rules.
2. Smoking in the cottages is strictly prohibited!
Smoking is allowed in designated areas.
3. Strict compliance with fire safety measures when lighting a fireplace in the house.
Do not leave sources of fire and electrical appliances unattended.
4. Lighting candles in the cottages is prohibited.
5. Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the cottages.
6. Do not leave minors unattended! There is an observation tower and an open fire area on the territory.
7. If you want to bring your pet with you, be sure to familiarize yourself with the rules for accommodating animals.
8. We are not responsible for the safety of your property, so please do not leave your valuables unattended.
9. Use the gas grill with caution and follow the safety instructions.
10. From 11:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., let’s enjoy ourselves and keep quiet.

We welcome your well-behaved and friendly pets.
Please let us know when booking that you plan to bring your pet. During your stay, please follow these simple rules:
– Keep pets on a leash on the premises.
– Please clean up after your pet during walks.
– Do not leave pets unattended.
– Pets are not allowed to sleep on soft furniture or textiles (pillows, blankets).
– Owners are responsible for any damage to property.
